  1. AuraDropship acts as your fulfillment partner, authorized to process and dispatch orders to your customers based on your specific instructions.
  2. We prioritize your brand privacy; AuraDropship will never contact your end-customers directly unless explicitly requested or required for critical logistical support.
  3. We maintain high standards for professional conduct. AuraDropship reserves the right to deactivate any account if the user fails to provide adequate support to their own customers or ignores urgent communications from our staff.
  4. Financial transactions and payouts will be processed in accordance with the schedule published on the AuraDropship website, which may be updated periodically.
  5. While we strive for logistical excellence, AuraDropship does not guarantee a 100% successful delivery rate for all shipments.
  6. Users operate at their own risk. AuraDropship is not liable for business losses, and we do not guarantee specific profit margins or financial success.
  7. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any user at our discretion, without prior notice.
  8. Zero tolerance for hostility: Any use of abusive language or harassment toward our team will result in the immediate permanent closure of your account.
  9. Automated tracking details are provided for your convenience; however, AuraDropship is not obligated to provide manual status updates upon individual request.
  10. Users are responsible for monitoring their own order statuses and must alert us promptly to any unusual transit delays.
  11. Financial reconciliation or payment disputes must be raised within 60 days of order placement or 15 days of invoice issuance. Claims made after this window will not be reviewed.
  12. Transparency is mandatory. Providing fraudulent business details or engaging in unethical trade practices may lead to account termination and potential legal proceedings.
  13. All grievances and refund requests must be directed to our official Complaints Department. The final resolution of any dispute rests solely with AuraDropship.
  14. To protect our brand integrity, users who bypass official support channels to air grievances publicly may face account suspension.
  15. Official communication for issues is restricted to our Internal Ticket System. We do not accept or process complaints via WhatsApp or external social media platforms.
  16. Users must operate in full compliance with all local and international e-commerce regulations and consumer protection laws.
  17. Account security is the user’s responsibility; you must safeguard your login credentials and notify us of any unauthorized access.
  18. You are required to keep your business profile and contact information current and accurate within our database.
  19. Users must refrain from any behavior that could potentially damage the operational capacity or reputation of AuraDropship.
  20. These terms are subject to change. It is the user’s responsibility to check the AuraDropship Terms Page regularly for updates.
  21. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior discussions or written contracts.
  22. If any individual clause is found to be legally unenforceable, the validity of the remaining sections shall remain intact.
  23. Our decision not to enforce a specific right at any time does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right.
  24. Inventory levels are dynamic; AuraDropship does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific product.
  25. In the event of a manufacturer recall or vendor-related issue, the user is responsible for managing customer communication. AuraDropship will provide reasonable administrative assistance where possible.
  26. AuraDropship assumes no liability for damages, health complications, or side effects resulting from the use of products sold through the platform.
  27. We strongly advise users to order and evaluate product samples personally before listing them for public sale.
  28. We value your privacy. AuraDropship will never disclose your personal or business data to third parties without your permission, except when mandated by legal authorities.
